• Client signs final contract and provides a 10% deposit of the final project estimate.

• The Designer/Architect does a proposal walkthrough with our team.

• We provide assistance for permit applications

• We execute a efficient and detailed construction process

• The Clients does site visits and provides signed change orders as needed

• We complete the project and hand over the keys to your dream property
